A change amount acquisition part 232 acquires a change amount of a steering angle of the vehicle 100 when stationary steering occurs in the vehicle 100. A correction part 236 specifies a change amount of the azimuth of the vehicle 100 on the basis of the change amount of the vehicle 100, and corrects the azimuth of the vehicle 100 acquired in the position acquisition part 222 by the specified change amount of the azimuth of the vehicle 100.
