Summary: | To provide a rotary screen printing apparatus with use of an annular screen plate which is suitable for manufacture of a longitudinal wiring board, and a method for manufacture of said screen plate.SOLUTION: A screen plate is formed into an annular drum in such a manner that longer direction both ends of a strip-shaped sheet body, in which plural open holes for guiding an ink are formed, are connected as a connection, and hole processing for guiding the ink is applied to the connection. According to a method for manufacture thereof, longer direction both ends of a strip-shaped sheet body, in which plural open holes for guiding an ink are formed, are connected as a connection, whereby an annular drum is formed, hole processing for guiding the ink is applied to the connection, and plural strip-shaped mask sheets are so provided onto the annular drum as to be parallel to one another, thereby forming a stripe groove which extends in a circumferential direction.
