To provide an intradermal injection aid in which a needle is easy to be punctured to skin, and the formation of a bulging part is hard to be obstructed.SOLUTION: An intradermal injection aid 1 includes a syringe needle 2 and a body part 3 for holding the syringe needle 2. The body part 3 has: an abutment surface 41 having the syringe needle 2 forming a predetermined angle to skin T and inclined to the axial direction so that the tip 21 may come in abutment with the skin T while being punctured in dermis T2, the abutment surface 41 that has at least a portion being arranged at one side in the radial direction of the syringe needle 2 and is arranged in the base end 22 side from the tip 21 of the syringe needle 2; and an extension plane 51 coming in abutment with the skin T when the syringe needle 2 is punctured, the extension plane 51 that has at least a portion being arranged at the other side in the radial direction and arranged separately to the tip 21 of the syringe needle 2 in the axial direction.
