Summary:To provide a laser device capable of preventing the moisture condensation on a part to be prevented from moisture condensation while keeping a heat generating part at a cooled temperature to retain the part at originally without dehumidification even under an environment of a high dew point temperature.SOLUTION: A laser device 1 comprises: cooling power control means 6 for controlling a cooling power of a heat-accepting cooler part 11; a surrounding member 14 surrounding a part 13 to be prevented from moisture condensation, which includes a heat generating part 9, which reaches a surrounding member equilibrium temperature higher than a highest dew point temperature in a housing 2 according to a temperature rise of the heat generating part 9; and temperature detection means 15 for detecting a temperature of the surrounding member 14. While a current output command is output to a laser power source part 4, a control part 7 compares a temperature of the surrounding member with a switching temperature previously set to a low temperature below the surrounding member equilibrium temperature. The control part controls the cooling power control means 6 so that the cooling power of the heat-accepting cooler part 11 becomes a low level when the surrounding member temperature is lower than the switching temperature. When the surrounding member temperature is equal to or higher than the switching temperature, the control part controls the cooling power control means 6 so that the cooling power of the heat-accepting cooler part 11 becomes a standard level or a level higher than the standard level.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】除湿しなくても、露点温度が高い環境下にあっても、発熱部を本来維持したい冷却温度に維持しながら、結露防止対象部への結露を防止できるレーザ装置の提供。【解決手段】レーザ装置1は、受熱冷却部11の冷却能力を制御する冷却能力制御手段6と、発熱部9を含む結露防止対象部13を包囲し、発熱部9の温度上昇に連動して筐体2内の最高露点温度より高温の包囲部材平衡温度になる包囲部材14と、包囲部材14の温度を検出する温度検出手段15とを備え、制御部7は、レーザ電源部4に電流出力指令を出力している間、包囲部材温度を、予め包囲部材平衡温度より低温に設定された切換温度と比較し、切換温度より低い時は、受熱冷却部11の冷却能力が低水準となるように冷却能力制御手段6を制御し、切換温度以上である時は、受熱冷却部11の冷却能力が標準水準あるいは標準水準より高水準となるように冷却能力制御手段6を制御する。【選択図】図1
