Summary: | To enable a valve body to reliably follow movement of a plunger pump without using an elastic member for a check valve.SOLUTION: A needle drive part moves a needle in an axial direction between a closed position where the needle abuts on a valve seat and an open position where the needle does not abut on the valve seat. 【課題】逆止弁に弾性部材を用いず、プランジャポンプの動きに弁体の動きを確実に追従させることができる。【解決手段】ニードル駆動部は、ニードルが弁座に当接する閉位置とニードルが弁座と当接していない開位置との間でニードルを軸方向に移動させる。制御部は、プランジャを軸方向に移動させるプランジャ駆動モータの回転数に基づいてニードル駆動を制御し、プランジャの往復運動とニードルの往復運動との周期を略一致させる。【選択図】 図3 |
