To provide a face mount pad structure capable of replacing a face pad attached to a head mount display, and a head mount display including the structure.SOLUTION: There is provided a face pad structure used for a head mounted display, and the head mounted display includes a lens unit provided with at least one lens that the user looks into and a face pad provided between the lens unit and the user's face, and the face pad is detachably fixed to the lens unit.
