To provide a touch display panel which can implement display drive and touch drive simultaneously, and a drive circuit.SOLUTION: A touch display device includes a touch display panel, a touch drive circuit, a touch controller, and a ground modulation circuit GMC having a power supply separation circuit 1410 and a voltage modulation circuit 1420. The touch controller is grounded to a primary ground GND1. The touch display panel is grounded to a secondary ground GND2 different from the primary ground.
