Summary:To appropriately suppress transmission of report information in a communication device which transmits the report information to an information distribution server.SOLUTION: A communication device in a communication system including an information distribution server and the communication device comprises: a report control unit which discriminates whether to transmit report information to the information distribution server based on a distance between the communication device and a hazard object or the time required for the communication device to reach the hazard object; and a transmission unit which transmits the report information to the information distribution server in a case where it is discriminated by the report control unit to transmit the report information to the information distribution server.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】情報配信サーバへ報告情報を送信する通信装置において、報告情報の送信を適切に抑制する。【解決手段】情報配信サーバと通信装置とを有する通信システムにおける前記通信装置において、前記通信装置とハザードオブジェクトとの間の距離、又は、前記通信装置が前記ハザードオブジェクトに到達するまでにかかる時間に基づいて、報告情報を前記情報配信サーバに送信するか否かを判定する報告制御部と、前記報告制御部により、前記報告情報を前記情報配信サーバに送信すると判定された場合に、前記報告情報を前記情報配信サーバに送信する送信部とを備える。【選択図】図５
