Summary:To provide an optical filter which is advantageous in obtaining spectral sensitivity of an imaging device that is closer to visibility of human eyes.SOLUTION: A light absorbing composition of the present invention contains a light absorbent made from phosphonic acid represented by a formula (a) below and copper ions and dispersed in the light absorbing composition, a phosphoric ester for dispersing the light absorbent, and a curable resin. When a laminate is formed consisting of just a transparent dielectric substrate and a light absorption layer, comprising a cured product of the light absorbing composition, obtained by applying the light absorbing composition on one principal surface of the transparent dielectric substrate and curing the composition, the laminate satisfies predetermined conditions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】撮像素子の分光感度を人間の視感度に近づけるうえで有利な特性を有する光学フィルタを提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る光吸収性組成物は、下記式(a)で表されるホスホン酸と銅イオンとによって形成され、当該光吸収性組成物において分散している光吸収剤と、光吸収剤を分散させるリン酸エステルと、硬化性樹脂と、を含有している。透明誘電体基板の一方の主面に当該光吸収性組成物を塗布して硬化させて、当該光吸収性組成物の硬化物である光吸収層及び前記透明誘電体基板のみを備えた積層体を形成したときに、積層体が所定の条件を満たす。【選択図】図1
