To provide a display device including multiple kinds of transistors having different semiconductor layers.SOLUTION: A display device includes a substrate having a display area, and a plurality of pixels arranged in the display area of the substrate. Each of the pixels includes a light-emitting element, a first transistor, a second transistor, a first insulating layer, and a second insulating layer. The first transistor includes a silicon layer. The second transistor includes an oxide semiconductor layer arranged in a layer upper than the first insulating layer. The first insulating layer includes silicon oxide layer. The first insulating layer is arranged between the silicon layer and the oxide semiconductor layer, in the display area in common with the pixels. The second insulating layer includes diamond-like carbon.
