To provide a vapor chamber capable of reflowing working liquid over the whole region of an outer peripheral part of a metal sheet, and a metal sheet for vapor chamber.SOLUTION: A vapor chamber comprises a first metal sheet and a second metal sheet provided on the first metal sheet. On at least one of the first metal sheet and the second metal sheet, a steam flow passage part is formed, where steam of working fluid circulates, and on at least one of the first metal sheet and the second metal sheet, a liquid flow passage part is formed, where liquefied working fluid circulates. On the first metal sheet, a first peripheral liquid flow passage part is formed along the periphery of the first metal sheet, where liquefied working fluid circulates.
