Summary:To solve the problem that, in the basic design that a self-excited vibration heat pipe with check valve is configured by bending a metal capillary with which check valves are integrated in required spots, manufacture technology around the check valve is not easy, it is difficult to stably integrate a high-performance check valve while reducing cost, and durability may also include problems.SOLUTION: A first metal plate and a second metal plate are adhesively connected and fixed with each other, and a space of a conduit pattern for working fluid circulation is formed in a junction of the first metal plate and the second metal plate by a groove which is patterned on a junction surface of the at least first metal plate. A valve component is integrated in the middle of every other main channel among multiple main channels and in the main channel in which the valve component is integrated, a check valve is configured for blocking a flow of a working fluid from a cooling area side to a heating area side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】要所要所に逆止弁を組み込んだ金属細管を所定形態に折り曲げて逆止弁付き自励振動ヒートパイプを構成するという基本設計では、逆止弁まわりの製造技術が容易ではなく、高性能な逆止弁を低コストで安定に造り込むことが難しく、また耐久性にも問題があった。【解決手段】第1金属板と第2金属板は互いに密着して接合固定され、少なくとも第1金属板の接合面にパターン形成された溝により第1金属板と第2金属板の接合部に作動流体流通用の管路パターンの空間が形成される。弁部品は、複数の主流路のうちの1本おきの主流路の途中に組み込まれており、これが組み込まれた主流路において冷却エリア側から加熱エリア側への作動流体の流れを阻止する逆止弁を構成する。【選択図】図3
