Summary: | To provide a wooden member which is light in weight and has a large load resistance, and which is easy to be processed for manufacturing a member or for connecting an end portion with another member.SOLUTION: The wooden member has a main body portion 2 of rectangular cross section made of wooden material, and a flange portion 3 which is joined to the lower surface of the main body portion and made of a wooden plate-like member overhanging on both sides of the main body portion. The flange portion is provided in a range shorter than the entire length of the main body portion including the central portion in the axial direction of the main body portion. Both ends in the axial direction of the flange portion have a projecting length gradually decreasing toward the position of the end face. At the end of the flange portion, a metal restraining member 4 for suppressing the occurrence of a crack is attached. The flange portion is joined to the main body portion by an adhesive applied to the contact surface with the main body portion and a plurality of screws 5 penetrating the flange portion, and the adhesive is not applied in a predetermined range at both ends of the flange portion, and joined only by the screws.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】軽量で大きな耐荷力を有するとともに、部材を製作するための加工や端部を他の部材と接合するための加工が容易となる木質部材を提供する。【解決手段】木質材料からなる矩形断面の本体部2と、本体部の下面に接合され、本体部の両側に張り出した木質の板状の部材からなるフランジ部3と、を有する。フランジ部は本体部の軸線方向における中央部を含む該本体部の全長より短い範囲に設けられる。該フランジ部の軸線方向における両端部は、端面の位置に向かって張り出し長が徐々に減少する。フランジ部の端部には、割れが生じるのを抑制する金属の拘束部材4が取り付けられている。フランジ部は、本体部との当接面に塗布された接着剤と、フランジ部を貫通する複数のビス5とによって本体部と接合されており、フランジ部の両端部における所定の範囲では、接着剤が塗布されず、ビスのみで接合されている。【選択図】図1 |
