Summary: | To provide a wheel loader capable of suppressing a rapid change in vehicle speed when an erroneous judgment has been made on a lifting operation of a lift arm.SOLUTION: A wheel loader 1 includes: an engine 3; a variable capacity-type HST pump 41; a variable capacity-type HST motor 42 connected with the HST pump 41 in a form of closed circuit; a forward/backward movement switch 62 for switching between forward and backward movement of a vehicle body; a treading amount detector 610 for detecting a treading amount of the accelerator pedal 61; an operation amount detector 73 for detecting a lifting operation amount of a lift arm 21; and a controller 5. The controller 5 judges whether a specific condition is satisfied based on a forward/backward movement switching signal, a treading amount of the accelerator pedal 61, and a pilot pressure Ti relating to a lifting operation of the lift arm 21, the specific condition specifying upward motion of the lift arm 21 while the vehicle body travels forward. When the specific condition has been satisfied, the controller controls a displacement volume of the HST motor 42 corresponding to an increase in the pilot pressure Ti, thereby limiting the vehicle speed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
【課題】リフトアームの上げ操作の誤判定に伴う車速の急な変化を抑制することが可能なホイールローダを提供する。【解決手段】ホイールローダ1は、エンジン3と、可変容量型のHSTポンプ41と、HSTポンプ41と閉回路状に接続された可変容量型のHSTモータ42と、車体の前進又は後進を切り換える前後進切換スイッチ62と、アクセルペダル61の踏込量を検出する踏込量検出器610と、リフトアーム21の上げ操作量を検出する操作量検出器73と、コントローラ5と、を備え、コントローラ5は、前後進切換信号、アクセルペダル61の踏込量、及びリフトアーム21の上げ操作に係るパイロット圧Tiに基づいて、車体の前進走行中におけるリフトアーム21の上方向への動作を特定する特定条件を満たすか否かを判定し、特定条件を満たす場合に、パイロット圧Tiの増加に応じて、HSTモータ42の押し退け容積を制御して車速を制限する。【選択図】図13 |
