Summary:To provide: a blood circuit that in the case of measuring a flow rate of the blood circuit using an ultrasonic sensor, allows for more accurate measurement than measurement of a flow rate using a tube having a small diameter; and an extracorporeal circulation apparatus comprising the blood circuit.SOLUTION: A blood circuit 110 used for an extracorporeal circulation apparatus comprises: a pump segment part 1110; an artery side line 111 composed of a first artery side line and a second artery side line; and connection members which includes, on one end side, a large diameter part 115L to which the pump segment can be connected and on the other end side, a small diameter part 115S to which the artery side line can be connected. Either one of a first connection member and a second connection member is a measurement connection member 115M having a constant diameter part 115C between the large diameter part 115L and the small diameter part 115S.
