Summary:To provide a blood circuit and an ultrasonic flow meter capable of highly accurately measuring a flow rate without application of a solvent such as grease, and an extracorporeal circulation apparatus comprising the blood circuit and the ultrasonic flow meter.SOLUTION: An extracorporeal circulation apparatus comprises a blood pump 111a and an ultrasonic flow meter 140A that includes wave transmission/reception devices 141A, 141B for transmitting/receiving an ultrasonic wave and has a wave transmission/reception surface 1413 for the wave transmission/reception devices configured using a plane.
