Summary: | To provide a rotary electric machine that reduces drag loss due to leakage of lubricating oil for cooling from between laminated steel plates and entering into the air gap.SOLUTION: Lubricating oil is supplied from a shaft 2 to a cooling oil passage 19 via a communication passage 21. The lubricating oil is discharged from openings at the right and left ends while cooling a portion of a magnet 16 of a rotor 3 composed of a laminated steel plate 6. A welded portion 26 is formed continuously on an outer diameter side wall surface of the cooling oil passage 19 in an axial direction. Leakage of the lubricating oil from the cooling oil passage 19 into the gap between the respective laminated steel plates 6 is suppressed by the welded portion 26. The laminated steel plates 6 are in close contact with each other because of heat contraction due to welding, and the lubricant oil is prevented from leaking out between the steel plates.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】積層された鋼板の間から冷却用潤滑油が漏出して、エアギャップに浸入することによる引摺り損失を低減する。【解決手段】シャフト2から連通路21を介して冷却用油路19に潤滑油が供給される。該潤滑油は、積層鋼板6からなるロータ3の磁石16部分を冷却しつつ、左右端の開口から排出される。冷却用油路19の外径側壁面に軸方向に連続して溶接部26が形成される。該溶接部26により冷却用油路19から各積層鋼板6の隙間に潤滑油が漏出することを抑制する。溶接による熱収縮により各積層鋼板6は、その間を密着され、鋼板の間から潤滑油が漏出することを抑制する。【選択図】図2 |
