The binder resin has a polyester resin. The polyester resin has an SP value of 11.0 (cal/cm)or more and 15.0 (cal/cm)or less. The insulation carrier liquid has an SP value of 7.0 (cal/cm)or more and 9.0 (cal/cm)or less.
