Summary: | To provide an electronic component that can prevent stray light from being emitted to the outside.SOLUTION: An electronic component 1 comprises a lid part 2, a substrate 3, and a light deflector 4, and the under surface of the lid part 2 and a wiring layer 8 on the substrate 3 are joined to form a junction 5. The lid part 2 covers a reflection surface side of a rotary mirror part 10 of the light deflector 4, and is provided on the top plate with an aperture plate 6 through which incident light is transmitted. The substrate 3 is mounted with the light deflector 4, is provided with the wiring layer 8 having wires connected to electrodes of the light deflector 4, and has a curved surface-like concave part 31 on the back side of the light deflector 4. The light deflector 4 is arranged at a position where the rear face of the rotary mirror part 10 is irradiated with light reflected on the concave part 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
