Abstract To provide a tire inner surface shape measurement technique which can automatically measure an inner surface of pneumatic tires of a wide variety of sizes with excellent accuracy.SOLUTION: A tire inner surface shape measurement device comprises: tire fixation means to fix and mount a conveyed pneumatic tire T on a measurement stage 2; tire centering means 3 to center the mounted tire by pressing it from an outer periphery side toward an inner periphery side using three or more bar rollers 34 disposed equiangularly; and tire inner surface shape measurement means 4 to measure an inner surface shape of the tire T while rotating the centered tire T.
