Summary:To provide a tire inner surface shape measurement technique which can automatically measure an inner surface of pneumatic tires of a wide variety of sizes with excellent accuracy.SOLUTION: A tire inner surface shape measurement device comprises: tire fixation means to fix and mount a conveyed pneumatic tire T on a measurement stage 2; tire centering means 3 to center the mounted tire by pressing it from an outer periphery side toward an inner periphery side using three or more bar rollers 34 disposed equiangularly; and tire inner surface shape measurement means 4 to measure an inner surface shape of the tire T while rotating the centered tire T. The tire inner surface shape measurement means 4 is configured to measure the tire inner surface shape by inserting an eddy-current sensor used as a tire inner surface detection sensor into an inner cavity of the tire and pressing it against the tire surface and measuring a distance from the inner surface of the tire to a steel cord while changing a vertical angle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 【課題】多岐に亘るサイズの空気入りタイヤの内面を精度良く自動測定することができるタイヤ内面形状測定技術を提供する。【解決手段】搬送されてきた空気入りタイヤTを測定台2に固定して載置するタイヤ固定手段と、載置されたタイヤを等角度に配置された3本以上のバーローラー34を用いて外周側から内周側に押し付けることによりセンタリングするタイヤセンタリング手段3と、センタリングされたタイヤTを回転させながらタイヤTの内面形状を測定するタイヤ内面形状測定手段4とを備えており、タイヤ内面形状測定手段4が、タイヤ内面検出センサーとして渦電流センサーを用いてタイヤの内腔部に挿入してタイヤ表面に押し付け、上下角度を変更させながら、タイヤの内表面からスチールコードまでの距離を測定することにより、タイヤ内面形状を測定するように構成されているタイヤ内面形状測定装置。【選択図】図7
