Summary:To realize a high strength bolt friction joining structure capable of strongly joining even with a small number of bolts.SOLUTION: In a high strength bolt friction joining structure 100, as end portions 11 of a pair of steel materials 10 are abutted against each other, and paired opposite joint faces 20 and a plate-shaped end portion 12 are kept into slide contact with each other, at least three slide contact faces 21 are formed. The slide contact faces 21 are applied as friction faces by pressure contact by high strength bolts 40, and at least three friction faces are formed. By designing an end portion 11 of a steel material 10 including two or more pairs of paired joint faces 20, and keeping the joint faces 20 and a plate-shaped end portion 12 into slide contact with each other, a friction joining structure having much more friction faces can be provided. As the more the friction faces are, the more the joining strength is increased in this high strength bolt friction joining structure 100, the joining strength of the high strength bolt friction joining structure can be increased by increasing the number of friction faces without increasing the number of high strength bolts 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】少ないボルト数でも強力に接合できる高力ボルト摩擦接合構造を実現する。【解決手段】高力ボルト摩擦接合構造100では、一対の鋼材10の端部11を突き合わせ、対を成して対向する接合面20と板状端部12を互いに摺接させたことで、少なくとも3つの摺接面21が形成されており、高力ボルト40による圧接によって摺接面21が摩擦面とされて、少なくとも3つの摩擦面が形成されるようになっている。そこで、対を成す接合面20を二対以上備える鋼材10の端部11を設計し、それら接合面20と板状端部12を互いに摺接させるようにすれば、さらに多くの摩擦面を有した摩擦接合構造とすることができる。この高力ボルト摩擦接合構造100は、より多くの摩擦面を有するほど、その接合強度が増大するようになるので、高力ボルト40の数を増やすことなく、摩擦面の数を増やすことで、高力ボルト摩擦接合構造の接合強度を高めることができる。【選択図】図1
