【課題】粒子状の酸化銅において、液体中の分散性を高くする。【解決手段】銅塩の水溶液に、カルボン酸を添加する(ステップS20)。ここで用いられるカルボン酸は、例えば、クエン酸及びグリシンの少なくとも一つを含んでいる。そして、炭酸ナトリウムの水溶液を添加することにより、銅塩の水溶液のpHを7以上、好ましくは8以上、さらに好ましくは9以上にする(ステップS30)。そして、銅塩の水溶液を、例えば60℃以上90℃以下に加熱する(ステップS40)。【選択図】図1 |
