Summary:To manufacture a container with a label in which an in-mold label is neatly incorporated including an end part in the vertical direction by a sheet molding method by label insert.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a container with a label, a sheet-like in-mold label 1 is rounded with the lateral direction being the circumferential direction, an inner surface of a second end part 22 is overlapped with an outer surface of a first end part 21, and the in-mold label 1 is formed in a cylindrical shape. In a region excluding a third end part 23 and a fourth end part 24 in the vertical direction on an inner peripheral surface of a cylindrical body 10, an adhesive part 3 made of a heat-sensitive adhesive is provided, and on the inner surface of the second end part 22, the adhesive part 3 made of the heat-sensitive adhesive is provided. The cylindrical body 10 is loaded in a molding die 61, and is adhered to the molding die 61 and molded while bringing a sheet 7 softened by heating into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical body 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10 【課題】 ラベルインサートによるシート成形法により、縦方向の端部を含んでインモールドラベルが綺麗に組み込まれたラベル付き容器を製造する。【解決手段】 本発明のラベル付き容器の製造方法は、枚葉状のインモールドラベル１の横方向を周方向として丸め、第１端部２１の外面に第２端部２２の内面を重ね合わせることによって、インモールドラベル１を筒状に形成する。この筒状体１０の内周面のうち、縦方向第３端部２３及び第４端部２４を除く領域には、感熱接着剤からなる接着部３が設けられていると共に、前記第２端部２２の内面には、感熱接着剤からなる接着部３が設けられている。この筒状体１０を、成形用金型６１に装填し、加熱して軟化させたシート７を筒状体１０の内周面に接触させつつ成形用金型６１に密着させて成形する。【選択図】 図１０
