Summary:To provide a mounting structure for a vehicular suspension, which is able to improve torsion rigidity of a mounting member.SOLUTION: A mounting structure for a vehicular suspension comprises: a vehicle rear member having a bottom part 111 and a pair of upward extending parts 112; a bracket 20 having side parts 21 suspending from both ends, in a vehicle width direction, of the bottom part 111, and a bent part 22 connected to front ends of the pair of side parts 21 and directed in forward and backward directions of the vehicle; a support shaft 31 allowed to communicate with the pair of side parts 21; and an auxiliary rigid member 40 having a first auxiliary rigid part 41 and a second auxiliary rigid part 42. A first hollow area 51 crossing the boundary between the upward extending parts 112 and the side parts 21 and extending in the forward and backward directions of the vehicle is provided between the upward extending parts 112 and side parts 21 and the first auxiliary rigid part 41.
