To enable a tail gate to open upward when a cargo box tilts and open substantially horizontally relative to a bottom surface of the cargo box when a cargo is loaded or unloaded with a simple structure in a motor truck.SOLUTION: A motor truck is provided with: a dump frame which is connected in a manner that the dump frame can tilt around a dump axis 2b provided at a frame 2a; a slide rail 4 provided at the dump frame; and a gate opening/closing mechanism 12 which opens or closes a tail gate 11 in conjunction with tilting and horizontal movement. The gate opening/closing mechanism 12 is provided with: a link mechanism 13 in which one end is connected to a cargo box 10 and the other end is connected to the lower end side of the tail gate 11; and a guide member 14 which is provided at the frame 2a and guides movement of the link mechanism 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1B 【課題】貨物自動車において、簡単な構成で、テールゲートを、傾動時には上開きに開き、運搬作業の積み込み及び積み降ろし時には荷箱の底面に対して略水平に開くようにする。【解決手段】車枠２ａに設けたダンプ軸２ｂを中心に傾動可能に連結されたダンプフレームと、ダンプフレームに設けたスライドレール４と、傾動及び水平移動に合わせてテールゲート１１を開閉するゲート開閉機構１２とを設ける。ゲート開閉機構１２に、一端が荷箱１０に連結され、他端がテールゲート１１の下端側に連結されたリンク機構１３と、車枠２ａに設けられ、リンク機構１３の動きを誘導するガイド部材１４とを設ける。【選択図】図１Ｂ
