Summary:To provide a transfer film whose transfer layer has good detachability even when the transfer layer is stacked directly on a base material film without using a releasable layer and which can provide mat look on the transfer layer.SOLUTION: The transfer film has a transfer layer on the base material film, the center line average roughness Ra of the front surface on the transfer layer side of the base material film being 0.30 μm or over, the transfer layer including at least a first transfer layer, the first transfer layer being the closest layer to the base material film of the transfer film layers. The first transfer layer includes chemical compound including alkyl radical of 8 or over in the carbon number.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】基材フィルムに離型層などを介在せずに直接に転写層を積層した場合であっても、転写層の剥離性が良好であり、かつ転写層に艶消し外観を付与することができる転写フィルムを提供する。【解決手段】基材フィルム上に転写層を有する転写フィルムであって、前記基材フィルムの前記転写層側の表面の中心線平均粗さＲａが０．３０μｍ以上であり、前記転写層が少なくとも第１転写層を含み、前記第１転写層は転写層のうち最も基材フィルムに近い層であり、前記第１転写層が炭素数８以上のアルキル基を含む化合物を含有することを特徴とする、転写フィルム。【選択図】なし
