Summary: | To provide an image processing device, control device, image processing method and image processing program which can improve the image quality of a radiation image while suppressing management of imaging of the radiation image from being complicated.SOLUTION: A control unit 40 of a console 18 functions as an acquisition unit for acquiring a radiation image and an imaging condition imaging the radiation image. The control unit 40 also functions as a derivation unit which derives a signal amount S contained in the radiation image on the basis of the distribution of the primary line of the radiation image derived based on the imaging condition or on the basis of the imaging condition and the thickness distribution of a subject of the radiation image, and outputs the ratio of the derived signal amount to a noise amount N contained in the radiation image as an index value of the dose of the radiation R irradiated in the imaging of the radiation image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
