To reliably prevent an occurrence of a defective product attributed to a sidewise shift of tablets.SOLUTION: A tablet printing device 1 includes: a distribution unit 4 for distributing tablets to a plurality of rows; a first conveyer 5for conveying the tablets delivered from the distribution unit 4 in a plurality of rows; a first printer unit 7for performing printing on one surface of each tablet while the tablets are conveyed by the first conveyer 5; a roller (reversing unit) 50' provided on the downstream side in the conveyance direction of the first conveyer 5for reversing the front and back of each tablet; a second conveyer 5for conveying the tablets delivered from the roller 50' in a plurality of rows; and a second printer unit 7for performing printing on the other surface of each tablet while the tablets are conveyed by the second conveyer 5.
