Summary:To suppress deterioration of a multilayer film while maintaining waterproofness.SOLUTION: A heater comprises: a light emission pipe; a multilayer film; a metal foil; a lead wire; an outer leading wire; a sealing part; a coated tube; a mouthpiece; and a filler material. In the light emission pipe, an electric heating element is provided in an inner part. The multilayer film is formed onto an outer peripheral surface of the light emission pipe. The metal foil is electrically connected to the electric heating element and the leading wire. The outer leading wire includes a connection part connected to the leading wire. In the sealing part, a part of the metal foil and the leading wire is embedded. The sealing part includes a lead-out part in which the leading wire is lead-out to an outer part of the light emission pipe. The coated tube coats the leading wire lead-out from the lead-out part and the outer leading wire. The mouthpiece includes: an opening part; a housing part; and a penetration hole. The filler material contains an alumina of 85 mass% or more, and is filled to between the sealing part and the housing part, and between the outer leading wire and the penetration hole so as to seal the opening part of the mouthpiece and the penetration hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】防水性を保ちつつ多層膜の劣化を抑制する。【解決手段】実施形態のヒータは、発光管、多層膜、金属箔、リード線、外部導入線、封止部、被覆チューブ、口金、充填剤を具備する。発光管は、内部に発熱体が設けられる。多層膜は、発光管の外周面に形成される。金属箔は、発熱体およびリード線と電気的に接続される。外部導入線は、リード線と接続された接続部を有する。封止部は、金属箔およびリード線の一部が埋設される。封止部は、リード線が発光管の外部へ引き出される導出部を有する。被覆チューブは、導出部から引き出されたリード線および外部導入線を被覆する。口金は、開口部、収容部、貫通穴を有する。充填剤は、85質量%以上のアルミナを含有し、口金の開口部および貫通穴を塞ぐように封止部と収容部との間および外部導入線と貫通穴との間に充填される。【選択図】図2
