Summary:To suppress deterioration of a battery during cooling of a secondary battery at a low temperature, and an output fluctuation in accordance with variation of the deterioration of the battery.SOLUTION: A control apparatus of a secondary battery, comprises: the secondary battery; a cooling device that inlets an outer air and cools the secondary battery by the outer air; a first temperature sensor detecting a temperature of the outer air; a second temperature sensor detecting the temperature of the secondary battery; and a control part that controls an operation of the secondary battery and the cooling device.
