A volume resistance ratio of the positive electrode after the lithium ion secondary battery had passed at least one charging and discharging cycle is 3 Ωcm or more and 25 Ωcm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 電池の出力と短絡時の安全性とのバランスを考慮し、高出力かつ高い安全性を兼ね備えた積層型リチウムイオン二次電池を提供すること。【解決手段】 本発明のリチウムイオン二次電池は、正極集電体の少なくとも一面に正極活物質を含む正極活物質層が設けられた正極と、負極集電体の少なくとも一面に負極活物質を含む負極活物質層が設けられた負極と、セパレータと、電解液と、を含む発電要素を、外装体内部に含む、リチウムイオン二次電池である。ここでリチウムイオン二次電池が少なくとも1回の充放電サイクルを経た後の正極の体積抵抗率が、3Ωcm以上25Ωcm以下であることを特徴とする。【選択図】 図1
