To provide a method and apparatus for evaluating concrete structures, which allow for evaluating detailed pH variations in concrete.SOLUTION: A concrete structure evaluation method comprises: a drilling step for drilling a hole into a concrete structure (reinforced concrete structure 1); a hole depth measurement step for measuring depth of the hole being drilled into the concrete structure (reinforced concrete structure 1); a pH measurement step for measuring pH of drilling water used for drilling the hole into the concrete structure; and a pH distribution graph generation step for generating a graph of pH distribution inside the concrete structure (reinforced concrete structure 1) based on measurement information obtained in the hole depth measurement step and measurement information obtained in the pH measurement step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】 コンクリートの詳細なｐＨの変化状況を評価することができるコンクリート構造物の評価方法及び評価装置を提供する。【解決手段】 コンクリート構造物（鉄筋コンクリート構造物１）を削孔する削孔工程と、コンクリート構造物（鉄筋コンクリート構造物１）の削孔深度を測定する削孔深度測定工程と、コンクリート構造物の削孔に使用した削孔水のｐＨを測定するｐＨ測定工程と、削孔深度測定工程の測定情報と、ｐＨ測定工程の測定情報と、に基づいて、コンクリート構造物（鉄筋コンクリート構造物１）の内部のｐＨ分布を作成するｐＨ分布作成工程と、を含む。【選択図】図５
