Summary: | To provide an aluminum alloy plate which combines high strength characteristics with excellent elongation, and is lower in production cost than conventional ones, and a method of producing the same.SOLUTION: An aluminum alloy plate 1 has a chemical component that contains Mg of 0.20-1.5 mass%, Si of 0.20-1.5 mass%, Cu of 0.010-1.0 mass%, Mn of 0.010-0.50 mass%, Cr of 0.010-0.50 mass%, Ti of 0.0050-0.50 mass%, and Fe regulated to 0.50 mass% or less, and Zn regulated to 0.50 mass% or less, and the balance Al with inevitable impurities. The aluminum alloy plate has a rolled texture in which a crystal grain length in a direction parallel to a rolling direction is 5.0 times or more a crystal grain length in a direction parallel to a plate thickness direction. Tensile strength is 280 MPa or more. Proof stress is 240 MPa or more. Elongation is 7% or more. Electric conductivity is 43-60%IACS.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】高い強度特性と優れた伸びとを両立し、従来よりも製造コストの低いアルミニウム合金板及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】アルミニウム合金板1は、Mg:0.20〜1.5質量%、Si:0.20〜1.5質量%、Cu:0.010〜1.0質量%、Mn:0.010〜0.50質量%、Cr:0.010〜0.50質量%、Ti:0.0050〜0.50質量%を含有し、Fe:0.50質量%以下、Zn:0.50質量%以下に規制され、残部がAl及び不可避的不純物からなる化学成分を有している。圧延方向に平行な方向の結晶粒長さが板厚方向に平行な方向の結晶粒長さの5.0倍以上である圧延集合組織を有している。引張強さが280MPa以上である。耐力が240MPa以上である。伸びが7%以上である。導電率が43〜60%IACSである。【選択図】図1 |
