Summary: | To provide a high-strength steel wire of a hypereutectoid composition, the steel wire having excellent strength and ductility.SOLUTION: A high-strength steel wire comprises, in mass%, C: 0.90-1.10%, Si: more than 0.40% to 0.80% or less, Mn: 0.10-0.70%, and Cr: 0.10-0.40%, with Al: 0.003% or less, P: 0.020% or less, and S: 0.010% or less, and [Si+Cr] of 0.50-0.90% and [Cr+Mn] of 0.40-0.80%, with the balance being Fe and inevitable impurities. The steel wire has a wire diameter of 0.05-0.30 mm. The steel wire has a plurality of exothermic peaks in the temperature range of 100-450°C in a DSC curve of differential scanning calorimetry. The sum of calorific values Hin the temperature range of 100-450°C and calorific values Hin the temperature range of 280-420°C satisfy the following formulae (3): H/H<0.45.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】過共析組成の鋼線において、強度および延性に優れた高強度鋼線を提供する。【解決手段】質量%で、C:0.90〜1.10%、Si:0.40%超0.80%以下、Mn:0.10〜0.70%、Cr:0.10〜0.40%を含有し、Al:0.003%以下、P:0.020%以下、S:0.010%以下に制限し、かつ「Si+Cr」が0.50〜0.90%、「Cr+Mn」が0.40〜0.80%であり、残部はFeおよび不可避の不純物よりなり、線径が直径で0.05〜0.30mmで、示差走査熱量測定のDSC曲線における100〜450℃の温度範囲において、複数の発熱ピークを有し、かつ、100〜450℃の温度範囲における発熱量の総和H100〜450と280〜420℃の温度範囲における発熱量H280〜420が、下記式(3)を満足する。H280〜420/H100〜450<0.45 ・・・(3)【選択図】図1 |
