In the mixing process, a mixture is obtained by mixing a solidification material and an alkali stimulant. In the compression process, a geopolymer molding body is formed by compressing and molding the mixture, in which the alkali stimulant contains hydrate. When compressing the mixture in the compression process, the mixture is heated so as to eliminate crystalline water from the hydrate, thus the reaction between the solidification material and the alkali stimulant is advanced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】固化材とアルカリ刺激剤とを混合可能な時間が長く、固化体を作製する際に必要なエネルギーが少なく、かつ、固化体を作製する際に要する時間が短い、ジオポリマー成型体の製造方法等を提供する。【解決手段】実施形態に係るジオポリマー成型体の製造方法は、混合工程と圧縮工程とを有する。混合工程では、固化材とアルカリ刺激剤とを混合することによって混合物を得る。圧縮工程では、混合物を圧縮して成型することによってジオポリマー成型体を形成する。ここでは、アルカリ刺激剤は、水和物を含む。そして、圧縮工程において混合物の圧縮が行われる際には、水和物から結晶水が脱離するように混合物が加熱され、固化材と前記アルカリ刺激剤との間の反応が進行する。【選択図】 図1
