To provide a decorative sheet that can be used by being bent and enables forming multicolor three-dimensional patterns, thereby allowing products excellent in decorativeness and industrial design to be easily formed.SOLUTION: A decorative sheet 10 comprises a sheet-like base part 11 and a three-dimensional decorative part 12 that protrudes from a front side surface 11a of the sheet-like base part 11, the sheet-like base part 11 and the three-dimensional decorative part 12 being integrally molded using synthetic resin material. Preferably, the decorative sheet 10 is formed by injection compression molding. The sheet-like base part 11 and the three-dimensional decorative part 12 are formed using the same synthetic resin material. The sheet-like base part 11 has bendable thickness t1 of 50 to 1000 μm. The three-dimensional decorative part 12 has a solid three-dimensional shape. A height h1 of a tip part 12a in the protruding direction from the front side surface 11a of the sheet-like base part 11 is equal to or more than the thickness t1 of the sheet-like base part 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】湾曲させて用いることができ、且つ多彩な立体模様を形成することを可能にして、装飾性や意匠性に優れた商品を容易に形成することのできる加飾用シートを提供する。【解決手段】合成樹脂素材を用いて一体成形された、シート状基部１１と、シート状基部１１の表側の面１１ａから突出する立体加飾部１２とを含んで構成される、好ましくは射出圧縮成形によって形成された加飾用シート１０であって、シート状基部１１と立体加飾部１２とは、同一の合成樹脂素材を用いて形成されており、シート状基部１１は、湾曲可能な５０〜１０００μｍの厚さｔ1を備えており、立体加飾部１２は、中実の立体形状を備えており、突出方向先端部１２ａの、シート状基部１１の表側の面１１ａからの高さｈ1が、シート状基部１１の厚さｔ1以上の高さとなっている。【選択図】図３
