Summary: | To provide a motor controller capable of protecting a motor opening switch, constituted compactly of a FET, reliably.SOLUTION: A motor controller includes a control section 120, a motor rotation number detector 132, an energy calculation part 121 for calculating energy on the basis of the motor rotation number, a determination part 122, a state detector 125 for detecting abnormality, a thermistor 141 for detecting the temperature of a first FET, and a recording device 127 for recording temperature information, first date information and first temperature information at the time of abnormality detection and occurrence of MCU reset, and second date information and second temperature information at the time of reset return. 【課題】FETで小型に構成されたモータ開放スイッチの保護を確実に行うモータ制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】制御部120と、モータ回転数検出部132と、モータ回転数に基づいて、エネルギーを演算するエネルギー演算部121と、判定部122と、異常の有無を検出する状態検出部125と、第1FETの温度を検出するサーミスタ141と、温度情報、異常検出及びMCUのリセット発生時の第1日時情報及び第1温度情報、並びにリセット復帰時の第2日時情報及び第2温度情報を記録する記録装置127とを具備し、異常を検出していないときにインバータ制御をONし、異常を検出したときにOFFし、リセット時及びリセット復帰時の温度検出値及び復帰日時の比較を行い、発生日時と復帰日時との差分、温度情報と温度検出値との差分がいずれも各所定範囲内にあるか否かの判定結果に基づいて、モータに流れる電流を制限するか否かを決定する。【選択図】図14 |
