Summary: | To provide a motor controller capable of protecting a motor opening switch, constituted compactly of a semiconductor switching element, surely with high reliability.SOLUTION: A motor controller includes a control section 120, a motor rotation number detector 132, an energy calculation part 121 for calculating energy on the basis of the motor rotation number, a determination part 122 for turning all second FETs OFF when the energy is in the area of safe operation, and a state detector 125 for detecting first abnormality, i.e., abnormality of the control stage FET, and second abnormality, i.e., abnormality other than that of the control stage FET. Inverter control is turned ON when the state detector 125 is not detecting first abnormality and second abnormality, and turned OFF when first abnormality or second abnormality is detected, a regenerative current is selected among multiple data tables, according to the first abnormality and second abnormality detected in the state detector 125, and then energy is calculated based on the selected regenerative current.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
【課題】半導体スイッチング素子で小型に構成されたモータ開放スイッチの保護を確実に信頼性高く行うことができるモータ制御装置及を提供する。【解決手段】制御部120と、モータ回転数検出部132と、モータ回転数に基づいて、エネルギーを演算するエネルギー演算部121と、エネルギーが安全動作領域の領域内になったときに、第2のFETの全てをOFFする判定部122と、制御段FETの異常が疑われる第1の異常と制御段FETの異常以外の異常が疑われる第2の異常を検出する状態検出部125とを具備し、状態検出部125が第1の異常及び第2の異常を検出していないときにインバータ制御をONし、第1の異常又は第2の異常を検出したときにインバータ制御をOFFすると共に、状態検出部125で検出された第1の異常及び第2の異常に応じて、データテーブルの複数の中から回生電流を選択し、選択された回生電流に基づいてエネルギーを演算する。【選択図】図11 |
