To provide a connector capable of performing the operation from connection of the connector until detection of half fit state quickly, and capable of detecting half fit state easily by tactile perception, without using a complex mechanism or an electrical mechanism.SOLUTION: A connector 1 includes a first connector housing 2, and a second connector housing 3, and an elastic piece 22 is provided on the lateral face 2a of the first connector housing 2.
