Summary:To provide an image processing apparatus, an image processing program, and an image processing method that allow the motion of an analysis target to be evaluated.SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus includes a motion analyzing unit, an axial-direction setting unit, and an information extracting unit. The motion analyzing unit calculates a motion vector in an analytical moving image obtained by imaging an analysis target with time. The axial-direction setting unit sets an axial direction in the analytical moving image.
