Summary: | To overcome a problem with urethane of shrinkage by curing and large warpage of an edge part, even though urethane resin mortar is frequently used for a concrete-made floor, which is excellent in heat resistance or chemical resistance and good in processability, and safe since formaldehyde or other volatile materials are almost not generated.SOLUTION: An epoxy resin main agent, a curing agent, cement and an aggregate are mixed, the aggregate includes a crushed article of porcelain with glaze, No.4 silica sand, No.5 silica sand and No.6 silica sand, percentages of 4 components of the aggregate are; the crushed article of porcelain with glaze having a size of 1.5 mm to 2.5 mm of 5 to 25 wt.%, the No.4 silica sand of 25 to 45 wt.%, the No.5 silica sand of 25 to 45 wt.% and the No.6 silica sand of 5 to 20 wt.%, based on 100 of whole aggregate, and the curing agent is water-soluble aromatic or aliphatic polyamine.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】 コンクリート製の床、ウレタン樹脂モルタルがよく使用されている。これは耐熱性や耐薬品性にすぐれ、施工性もよいためである。また、ホルムアルデヒドやその他の揮発性物質もほとんど出ないため安全でもある。しかし、ウレタンには、硬化による収縮の問題があり、どうしても端部が反ることが多い。【解決手段】 エポキシ樹脂主剤、硬化剤、セメント、骨材を混合したものであって、該骨材は釉薬付き陶磁器の破砕品、4号硅砂、5号硅砂、6号硅砂を含むものであり、該骨材の4成分の割合は、骨材全体を100とすると、釉薬付き陶磁器の破砕品であってそのサイズが1.5mm〜2.5mmのものが5〜25重量%、4号硅砂が25〜45重量%、5号硅砂が25〜45重量%、6号硅砂が5〜20重量%の割合であり、該硬化剤は水溶性の芳香族又は脂肪族のポリアミンであるもの。【選択図】 なし |
