Summary:To overcome hindrances on printing operation by peeling of a conductive metal foil, or formation of a projection of the conductive metal foil around a stage surface which is not flat, when squeegeeing is repeated on a conductive part consisting of the metal foil which is arranged in a squeegee face side in prior art.SOLUTION: There is provided a combination screen printed plate in which a screen having conductivity is adhered to a screen flame 1 via a supporter screen, one end of a conductive material 9 is arranged on a screen having conductivity without through a light sensitive resin layer, and another end is arranged on the conductive screen frame.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】従来技術では、金属箔からなる導通部はスキージ面側に設けられている。そのためスキージングを繰り返し行った際に、導電性の金属箔を剥がしてしまったり、スキージ面が平坦にならず、周囲に導電性の金属箔の突出部が形成されてしまい、印刷作業に支障をきたすことがわかった。【解決手段】支持体スクリーンを介して導電性を有するスクリーンを導電性のスクリーン枠1に張り付けたコンビネーションスクリーン印刷版において、導電性材料9の一端を感光性樹脂層を介さずに導電性を有するスクリーンに設け、他端を導電性のスクリーン枠に設けるコンビネーションスクリーン印刷版。【選択図】図1
