To provide a cleaning device capable of removing foreign matters relatively large in millimeter size and fine foreign matters.SOLUTION: A cleaning device for an object surface to be conveyed includes: a cleaning roller which is disposed almost vertically to a conveyance direction of the object and around a rotation axis almost parallel to the object surface and is contacted with the object surface in a charged state; and a cleaning brush which is disposed in almost parallel to the cleaning roller and is contacted with the object surface in the charged state. The cleaning brush is disposed away from the cleaning roller and has a columnar core metal and a brush part formed by planting a plurality of bristles on a peripheral surface of the core metal.
