To improve an elevator and a quality of the work training for the elevator by appropriately reproducing various work environments due to the elevator, the hoistway, the work content, the personal attribute, and the like.SOLUTION: A training information input part 100 is inputted with training information showing a trainer and the like to be an object of the work training. An environment specifying part 124 acquires an elevator to be the object of the training, a state of the change of these hoist ways, and information showing the work environment. An air conditioner of the environment reproducing chamber 154 accommodates the trainer and reproduces the temperature and the humidity of the work environment. Inside the environment reproducing chamber 154, a sensor 20 detects a posture of the trainer. A three-dimensional image generation part 132 generates a VR image for the work training from the obtained information so as to be shown to the trainer, thereby causing the trainer to perform a simulated work. A training result estimation part 160 estimates whether or not the trainer passes the work training.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】昇降機、昇降路内、作業内容、人の属性などに起因する様々な作業環境を適切に再現することにより、昇降機およびその昇降路への作業訓練の品質を向上させる。【解決手段】訓練情報入力部１００には、作業訓練の対象となる訓練者などを示す訓練情報が入力される。環境特定部１２４は、訓練情報に基づいて、作業訓練の対象となる昇降機およびこれらの昇降路の変化の状態および作業環境を示す情報を得る。環境再現室１５４のアーコンディショナーは、訓練者を収容し、作業環境の温度および湿度を再現する。環境再現室１５４内で、センサ２０は、訓練者の姿勢を検出する。３Ｄ画像生成部１３２は、得られた情報から、作業訓練用のＶＲ画像を生成し、訓練者に示して模擬的な作業を行わせる。訓練結果評価部１６０は、検出された訓練者の姿勢に基づいて、訓練者が作業訓練に合格したか否かを評価する。【選択図】図１
