Summary:To secure output of a motor by suppressing reduction in effective magnetic flux due to skew while reducing cogging and torque ripples using skew structure.SOLUTION: A brushless motor 11 has the maximum value of magnetic flux density of 1T or more in no load at a radial center part X or a radial tip part Y of a tooth 22, and a magnet 33 of a rotor 13 has skew structure with a skew angle θ. The skew angle θ is represented by θ(electrical angle)=P×(360°/the least common multiple of 2P and T), where 2P is the number of poles of the magnet 33 and T is the number of slots, where a range of θ is set to be 30° to 60°. The surface magnetic flux density distribution of the magnet 33 shows a sinusoidal waveform including a harmonic wave, out of harmonic waves of odd multiples, having the same phase as that of the surface magnetic flux density distribution of the magnet 33.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 【課題】コギングやトルクリップルをスキュー構造によって低減しつつ、スキューに伴う有効磁束の低下を抑え、モータの出力を確保する。【解決手段】ブラシレスモータ11は、無負荷時におけるティース22の径方向中央部X又は先端部Yの磁束密度の最大値が1T以上であり、ロータ13のマグネット33は、スキュー角θのスキュー構造を有する。スキュー角θは、マグネット33の極数を2P、スロット数をTとしたとき、θ(電気角)=P×(360°/2PとTの最小公倍数)にて表され、θ=30°〜60°の範囲に設定される。マグネット33の表面磁束密度分布は、奇数倍の高調波のうち、マグネット33の表面磁束密度分布と同位相の高調波を含有した正弦波波形となっている。【選択図】図7
