Summary:To provide a technique for mitigating a difference of a deterioration determination of components by an operator.SOLUTION: A portable terminal device 1 having an imaging unit 13 comprises a display unit 12 for projecting an image that the imaging unit 13 is imaging presently and for overlapping a frame which copies a part or all of an outline of the component in a case of a visible inspection of the component of the lifting machine from one direction to the image at a fixed position and in a fixed size and displaying, a storage unit 18 for storing a still picture which the imaging unit 13 captured when the frame and the outline of the component projected in the image conform and a determination unit 15 for acquiring the still picture stored in the storage unit 18, deriving a degree of deterioration which is a value indicative of an abrasion range of the component on the basis of the still picture, comparing the derived degree of deterioration and a degree of deterioration predetermined as to need replacing and performing a quality determination of the component and displaying the determination result in the display unit 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】作業者による部品の劣化判定の差を緩和する技術を提供する。【解決手段】撮像部13を有する携帯端末装置1であって、撮像部13が今現在撮像している像を映し出すとともに昇降機の部品を一方向から目視した場合の部品の外郭の一部または全てを模したフレームを固定位置および固定サイズで像に重ねて表示する表示部12と、フレームと像の中に映し出された部品の外郭とが合致したときに撮像部13が撮像した静止画像を記憶する記憶部18と、記憶部18に記憶された静止画像を取得し静止画像に基づき部品の摩耗範囲を示す値である劣化度を導出し、導出した劣化度と交換を要すると事前に定義される劣化度とを比較して部品の良否判定を行い表示部12に判定結果を表示させる判定部15とを有する。【選択図】図3
