Summary:To provide a steam venting packaging bag which can be manufactured just by seal of each sheet and which can determine propriety of a heating condition by producing sound according to discharge of steam.SOLUTION: On a periphery of a packaging bag 100, a seal line is provided in which a front sheet 10 and a rear sheet 20 are sealed, and at part of the peripheral seal line, a bending seal line g1 is provided which bends toward the inside of the packaging bag. The rear sheet 20 is constituted by a laminate of a base material film 21 and a sealant layer 22, and the sealant layer is sealed with another sheet in the position of the bending seal line. Then, when the sealed packaging bag 100 is heated, the base material film and the sealant layer are peeled in the position of the bending seal line, but they are not peeled around the bending seal line. A sealant layer 223 is stretched between a sealant layer 221 in the position of the bending seal line and a sealant layer 222 around it, and a small hole 22α for steam venting is generated in the stretched sealant layer 223.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】各シートのシールだけで製造でき、しかも、水蒸気の放出に伴って発音して加熱条件の適否を判断することができる蒸気抜き包装袋を提供すること。【解決手段】包装袋100の周縁に前面シート10と後面シート20とをシールしたシール線を設け、その周縁シール線の一部に、包装袋内側に向けて屈曲する屈曲シール線g1を設ける。後面シート20を基材フィルム21とシーラント層22との積層体で構成し、かつ、そのシーラント層を前記屈曲シール線の位置で他方のシートとシールする。そして、密封した包装袋100を加熱したとき、屈曲シール線の位置で基材フィルムとシーラント層とが剥離すると共に、屈曲シール線の周囲では剥離させず、この屈曲シール線の位置のシーラント層221と周囲のシーラント層222との間でシーラント層223を引き延ばして、この引き延ばされたシーラント層223に蒸気抜き用の小孔22αを生成する。【選択図】図2
