To provide a small-sized and inexpensive three point type seat belt device which can reduce a load onto a breast of a crewman at the time of collision.SOLUTION: A three-point type seat belt device S comprises: a webbing 20; a shoulder side winder (retractor 32) which so winds an end of the webbing 20 on a shoulder belt 20S side as to ba capable of pulling out the end; a tongue 40 which is fitted to the webbing 20; and an inner belt 50 which is so configured as to include a buckle 52 to which the tongue 40 is connected. The shoulder side winder (retractor 32) comprises both of a PT mechanism and a shoulder side FL mechanism. On the other hand, the inner belt 50 comprises only a buckle side FL mechanism 54 among the PT mechanism and the buckle side FL mechanism 54. An initial load of the buckle side FL mechanism 54 is so set as to be higher than an initial load of the shoulder side FL mechanism.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】衝突時の乗員胸部への負荷を適切に低減できる小型かつ安価な３点式シートベルト装置を提供する。【解決手段】３点式シートベルト装置Ｓは、ウェビング２０と、ウェビング２０のショルダベルト２０Ｓ側の端部を引出し可能に巻き取るショルダ側巻取装置（リトラクタ３２）と、ウェビング２０に取り付けられたタング４０と、タング４０が連結されるバックル５２を含んで構成されたインナベルト５０と、を備える。ショルダ側巻取装置（リトラクタ３２）は、ＰＴ機構及びショルダ側ＦＬ機構の両方を備える。一方、インナベルト５０は、ＰＴ機構及びバックル側ＦＬ機構５４のうちのバックル側ＦＬ機構５４のみを備える。そして、バックル側ＦＬ機構５４の初期荷重は、ショルダ側ＦＬ機構の初期荷重よりも高く設定されている。【選択図】図１
