【課題】回転テーブル装置のクランプ機構のクランプ部材およびピストンの摩耗量を算出する。【解決手段】回転テーブル装置10の制御方法は、クランプ機構駆動部14を制御して、ブレーキディスク40をアンクランプさせた後、アンクランプ用流体室54bに供給する作動流体の圧力Vを低下させていくとともに、モータ駆動部16を制御してモータ38を回転させる。そして、スピンドル30の負荷トルクτが基準負荷トルクτsを超えたときの作動流体の圧力Vnと基準圧力V0とに基づいて、ピストン48およびクランプ部材50の摩耗量ΔWnを算出する。【選択図】図6 |
